Barbetta

A pressed cheese produced using pasteurized goat's milk. Externally, the rind has an orange, almost brown colour. The cheese is white, elastic, with fine and sparse holes. A cheese with a pleasant flavour and delicate taste, perfect to be eaten at the end of a meal.

 

INGREDIENTS: goat's milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: goat's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized.

RIPENING: minimum 30 days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
