Brie is a cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk. It is the most commonly known French cheese throughout the world, thanks to its many different uses in the kitchen. A soft cheese, with a straw-yellow colour, it tends to cream as it ripens. The bloomy and white mould rind offers the finished product a unique taste.

 

INGREDIENTS: milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized.

RIPENING: minimum 10 days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
