Cheese made with pasteurised goat's milk, matured to a semi-soft consistency and possessing a characteristic ingot shape. The cheese is white in colour with a soft and creamy consistency containing a few scattered holes. The taste varies greatly depending on the period of maturation, possessing sweet milky notes when fresh and a more intense and decisive flavour when mature.

INGREDIENTS: goat's milk, salt, rennet, starter cultures.

TYPES OF MILK: goat's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurised.

SEASONING: minimum 40 days

AVAILABILITY: all year round.
