Goat's Milk Lattica is made using pasteurized milk. It has no rind and the cheese is white. No ripening, it is eaten fresh. It can be used in its pure form, with fresh tomatoes, or dressed with aromatic herbs, oil and salt. Given its predominantly acidic characteristics, it also pairs well with honey and sweet jams.

 

INGREDIENTS: goat's milk, salt, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: goat's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized.

RIPENING: none.
