Primosale

Primosale Sepertino is a fresh table cheese, made exclusively with cow's milk from the farms of Piedmont. It is soft to the touch, without a rind. The cheese is compact and white coloured. A versatile cheese in the kitchen, Primosale can be eaten on its own during a meal, used to prepare delicious salads, or dipped in breadcrumbs and lightly seared to obtain a crunchy coating.

INGREDIENTS: milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.
