Raclette

Raclette is a French cheese made from cow's milk. Externally, it presents a washed, very moist rind with a dark red colour, whilst on the inside, the cheese is compact, elastic, with a yellow-amber colour. A cheese with a sweet and delicate flavour, known throughout the world for its good melting properties: excellent when melted over seasonal vegetables or on a slice of warm bread.

 

INGREDIENTS: milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized or raw.

RIPENING: minimum 60 days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
