A pasteurized cow's milk cheese, typical of the Pianura Padana. A fresh product, very soft and creamy. Perfect when spread on a slice of warm bread for a delicious snack, excellent as an exquisite pizza topping.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized.
