Organic 4 Peppers Tometta is made with raw cow's milk. The creamy white coloured cheese has an elastic texture, with unevenly distributed small holes. The organic pepper flavour enhances the sweet taste of the cheese. The persistence and intensity of the pepper gradually intensifies, depending on the ripening period. Perfect if paired with a fruit mostarda.

 

INGREDIENTS: organically farmed milk, organic pepper mix, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: raw.

RIPENING: minimum 30 days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
