It is a pasteurized cow's milk cheese. It is soft to the touch, with a consistent and compact, white coloured texture. Its sweet flavour, with slight sour tones, is enhanced when accompanied by a drizzle of olive oil. Perfect when served as an aperitif with a touch of oregano or chilli.
