Apple lemon peel pie

Ingredients for 4 people


  • 4 apples
  • 200g Sepertino butter
  • 1 natural lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 250 flour
  • 250g sugar
  • 1 yeast sachet



Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. In a small bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar and the skin of a natural lemon. With the help of a sieve, add the flour, salt and yeast.

Melt the butter in the microwave, leave it to cool and add it to the mixture.

Once all the ingredients have been mixed together well, add the milk.

Pre-heat the oven to 200°.

Whip the egg whites separately with a pinch of salt. Combine this fluffy mixture to the base prepared earlier. Try and stir the dough from the bottom towards the top so as to keep it soft and fluffy.

Cut the apples into slices and add them to the mixture. Grease the baking tray and pour the mixture into the mould.

Cook for 45 minutes at 180°. To check whether it is cooked, insert a knife into the pie. If the knife has traces of soft dough when you pull it out, leave the pie in the oven for another few minutes and then check again.
