Pre-heat the oven to 200°.
Create flowers by carving the figs into 4. Cut the Dibianca into small pieces. Insert the cheese into the flower, taking care not to open it too much.
Wrap each fig with a slice of speck and place the baking tray in the oven.
Lower the oven to 180° and leave to cook for at least 10 minutes. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the fig. Remove the flowers from the oven only once the cheese has melted. We recommend leaving the cheese outside the fridge for at least 2 hours prior to preparing the recipe, so that it's not too cold.
These beautiful flowers can be decorated with a drizzle of honey before serving.
