Caseificio Sepertino

Savoury quiche with zucchini, leek and Toma Piemontese

Ingredients for 6 people


  • 80g Toma Piemontese Sepertino
  • 300g zucchini
  • 1 leek
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • a glass of milk
  • a pinch of salt



Pour a drizzle of oil in a pan and sauté the chopped leek with the zucchini for a few minutes.

Pre-heat the oven to 200° and spread the puff pastry out on a baking tray protected with baking paper.

In a bowl, mix the zucchini and leek mixture with the milk and eggs, and add another pinch of salt.

Cut 5-6 strips of Toma Piemontese and cut the rest into small cubes.

Add the small cubes to the dough and pour the mix onto the puff pastry. If it pours over the edges, fold the pastry edges towards the centre.

Arrange the last strips of Toma into the shape of a flower, to create a decoration.

Place the savoury quiche in the pre-heated oven and cook at 180° for about 15 minutes.
