This cheese is made from pasteurised cow’s milk to which cream has been added. It has a creamy consistency with small, irregular holes. Toma del nonno (‘grandad’s cheese’) has a fresh, creamy and delicate flavour and is ideal for using in the kitchen.

 

INGREDIENTS: MILK, CREAM, salt, rennet, lactobacteria.

TYPE OF MILK: cow’s milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurisation.

MATURATION: a minimum of 30 days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
