Toma Piemontese dop biologica

Toma Piemontese DOP is a full-cream cow's milk cheese. It can be produced in a small version (with forms from 2-3 kg and ripened for a minimum of 15 days), and large version (with forms from 6-7 kg and ripened for 60 days, depending on the production discipline). The cheese is compact and elastic, with fine, unevenly distributed holes. The colour varies from white to straw-yellow depending on the length of ripening. Perfect to eat at the end of a meal, it can also be paired with honey.

 

INGREDIENTS: organically farmed milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: raw.

RIPENING: minimum 60 days for large/15 days for small.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
