Cheese produced with raw cow's milk, with a soft, elastic texture, in a white straw-yellow colour. Holes are fine and unevenly distributed throughout the form. Thanks to its light, slightly sour flavour, it has various uses in the kitchen.

 

INGREDIENTS: organically farmed milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: raw.

RIPENING: minimum 30 days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
