Paglina and pear wholemeal toast

Ingredients for 4 people


  • 1 Paglina Sepertino
  • 8 slices of wholemeal or cereal grain bread
  • 1 jar of artisan pear jam
  • 50g of Sepertino salted butter
  • bunches of thyme for decoration





This is a truly simple yet highly effective recipe, perfect for enticing your appetite before a wholesome dinner.

Cut the wholemeal bread into thin slices and spread the Sepertino salted butter onto both sides and onto the crust. Turn on the oven, insert the bread and leave it to toast on both sides.

After taking it out of the oven, spread a light layer of pear jam, cut the Paglina Sepertino into slices and arrange them across the entire surface of the toast.

To make this snack even more scrumptious, we recommend placing it in the oven again, to soften the cheese and warm the bread.

Decorate the toast with a bunch of thyme or other herb.
